Multi-gyms und total trainers are the latest development in strength training. A number of different strength exercises are possible in a limited space.

You work out on a padded bench, while your own body weight provides the resistance, which is distributed by means of cords and pulleys. A variety of grips allows you to condition different muscle groups.
